We are a certified New York State law enforcement agency with full police powers to enforce the laws of New York State pertaining to animals. Headquartered in New Windsor, NY, the authority and duty of the Hudson Valley SPCA Humane Law Enforcement Division extends throughout Orange County, NY. Working in conjunction with other law enforcement agencies and with the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, we bring abuse and neglect cases before the courts and prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law.

We are continuing our investigation in the Death of "Luna" the dog left to die on Carter Street in the City of Newburgh. There is a $1000 reward for any information leading to the arrest of the person(s) who committed this horrible injustice. Please contact us with any information.
